The content published on the YouTube and Instagram channel “The Real Fake Social” makes extensive use of AI-based tools for the generation of audiovisual output (including images, video sequences, voices, and sound). But: This does not mean that the content is created by AI in a legal or creative sense. The underlying intellectual works—including ideas, concepts, scripts, dialogues, narrative structures, characters, musical themes, visual identities, and editorial compositions—are developed by humans and, where legally applicable, are protected under copyright and related laws. AI systems are used as technical instruments for production and transformation, comparable to software-based tools for editing, rendering, or synthesis. Unauthorized use of protected elements may infringe intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
