The Trailers and Shorts published on The Real Fake Social are short-form audiovisual pieces designed to demonstrate and contextualize AI-based manipulation techniques and their psychological effects. Each trailer and short is typically based on a human-written script, including ideas for visuals, sound, narrative progression, and framing.
The production usually follows established AI video workflows (e.g. prompted images and AI-generated video sequences derived from them).
Protected elements
The following elements are human-made works and—where legally applicable—protected:

the intended manipulation scenario and its resolution
the selection and combination of psychological effects and cues

Permitted reuse of the shorts (nothing else!)
Reuse of shorts is permitted under the following conditions:
the source (@TheRealFakeSocial - Youtube/Instagram) is clearly credited,
the reuse does not remove or distort the context of AI awareness and manipulation disclosure,
the short is not presented as depicting real events or factual reality,
no substantial alterations are made that change the original meaning or intent.
Statutory limitations and exceptions, including legally permissible quotation or fair use, remain unaffected. This permission constitutes a tolerance for limited reuse of the shorts only and does not grant or imply any license or transfer of rights.

The website, visual branding, and logos of The Real Fake Social are predominantly created through human design and development processes. Fonts, frameworks, or other third-party resources used on the website or within logos are employed in accordance with their respective licenses.
