The Real Fake Social is generated with AI, not by AI. Although everything you hear got its final touch by AI, the original works still shine through. Although there may be less protection than with a conventional video production, unauthorised reuse would still infringe copyright.
But how come?
As an illustration for all works created and being used in The Real Fake Social, here comes an example based on a central part of the main Theme.
The musical theme used in TrendBlend was originally composed by humans using e-piano and MIDI-based composition techniques. This original composition defines the melody, harmonic progression, tempo, and rhythm - the "heart" of the theme, if you will.
Take a look at the lead sheet of the original composition.
Listen to the pure core melody to hear an e-piano-version of the theme
AI-based music tools (e.g. remixing systems) are then subsequently used - but deliberately only to reinterpret and arrange this human-created work by applying stylistic elements (such as instrumentation or genre characteristics), while the core musical structure remains intact.
Suno's functionality does not alter the core melody and also references the source music file
Listen to the result. You'll be able to recognize the musically unaltered human core melody well.
Note: The above is merely illustrative – the original composition is more extensive than this demonstration part/piece.
All files containing the original human works before AI usage are time-stamped and cryptographically signed (QES), documenting authorship and creation date, in order to support legal action against infringers.
